Each month, your eyebrows are waxed and tinted, your lashes tinted, and you'll choose between a Scalp Massage or Eye Lymphatic Massage to round out your visit. Every second month, your Lash Lift is included, so your eyes stay beautifully lifted without you ever having to remember to book it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What treatment do I get each month?
Every Rhythm is built around what your skin, body and soul need on that particular day, never a fixed, repeated treatment.
Your Beauty Rhythm includes a monthly eyebrow wax, eyebrow tint and lash tint, with your choice of Scalp Massage or Eye Lymphatic Massage, plus a Lash Lift every second month.
Your Repair Rhythm includes a 50 minute Skin Repair Treatment each month, which may draw on a combination of body massage, facial techniques, LED, lymphatic massage, extractions, an infusive mask, or high-frequency serum infusion, depending on what your skin needs that day.
Your Ultimate Monthly Rhythm includes a 75 minute Instinctive Treatment, which may draw on any combination of body massage, facial, IPL Skin Rejuvenation, pigmentation or vascular treatment, LED, extractions, lymphatic enzyme contouring mask, high-frequency serum infusion, or body exfoliation.
Your Ultimate Fortnightly Rhythm alternates one IPL Skin Rejuvenation Facial with one 40 minute LED Facial each fortnight, designed to target pigmentation, sun damage and uneven tone while supporting your skin's recovery between sessions.
Your Custom Rhythm is built entirely around the treatments you choose from our regular menu.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?
You're welcome to reschedule in line with our standard cancellation policy and cancellation fees apply if changes are made within 24 hours of your appointment.
If you do reschedule, your monthly treatment needs to fall within the 4 week period of its designated month. Your future appointments will remain as booked and won't shift as a result.
For example: if you need to reschedule, you may find yourself with only 1 week between treatments instead of 4 rather than your whole schedule moving.
I have a skin concern I want addressed will signing up to a Rhythm help me?
Absolutely. If you're after regular, consistent treatment to improve a specific concern, we'll build a plan around it at your first consultation so every appointment is working towards the same goal.
Can I change my Rhythm?
You're welcome to change your Rhythm plan once your initial 6 month period is complete. Treatments are set for the duration of this period and can't be changed or altered to other promotional treatments though optional upgrades are available if you'd like to add to your Rhythm along the way.
Can I pause my Rhythm?
Yes. Your plan can be paused for up to 3 months in times of financial hardship, personal hardship or serious illness. During a pause, no benefits can be claimed including discounted products, services or other member inclusions.
Can someone else come instead of me?
Rhythms are personal to you and non-transferrable. That said, if you're unwell on your treatment day, you're welcome to send someone else to enjoy your appointment as a one-off.
Who manages the payments?
All Rhythm payments are processed through the AGLOW platform, with direct debits managed by AGLOW and ZAI Australia. Their website and platform are simple to navigate, and further terms and conditions are available to you upon sign up.
