What treatment do I get each month?

The idea behind our Rhythms is to offer you what ever treatment your skin, body and soul needs on that particular day. It can include a body massage, a facial, any of our light machines and any skincare line - depending on which rhythm you sign up to.

The Ultimate can include any combination of the following:

-Body massage & Facial

-IPL Skin - rejuvenation, pigmentation & vascular

-LED -Extractions -Lymphatic Enzyme Contouring Mask

-Hi frequency serum infusion -Body exfoliation

The Repair can include any combination of the following:

-Body massage & Facial

-LED -Lymphatic massage -Extractions

-Infusive Mask -Hi-frequency serum infusion

What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?

You can reschedule as per our normal cancellation policy guidelines & cancellation fees do also apply if within a 24hour period. If you reschedule, your monthly treatment needs to be within the 4 week period of its designated month. We will keep your future appointments as they are & they wont be rescheduled.

Example : So you may have only 1 week between treatments instead of 4, if you have to reschedule.

I have a skin concern I want addressed, will signing up to a rhythm help me?

100% yes. If you are after regular treatments to improve a concern, we will establish a plan at your first consultation.

Can I change my rhythm?

You can change your rhythm plan after the 6month contract period. Treatments are set within this period & cannot be changed or altered to other promotional treatments. There is optional upgrades if needed.

Can I pause my Rhythm?

Plans can be paused for up to 3 months in times of financial hardship, personal hardship or serious illness. During this period, no benefits can be claimed including discounted products, services or other free member benefits.

Can someone else come instead of me?

Rhythms are non-transferrable to another person. If in the event you are sick on your treatment day, you may send someone else to enjoy your treatment as a once off.

Terms and conditions:

Discounts on products cannot be used in conjunction with other sales and promotions.
Clients may incur cancellation fees or treatments taken off their remaining plan if they breach our booking or cancellation policy.
Salon Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with The Instinctive Rhythm and you will not accumulate points.

Who manages the payments?

All Rhythm payments are done through AGLOW platform. AGLOW & ZAI Australia manage all direct debits & have an easy website & platform to navigate. There are further terms and conditions with AGLOW which are available upon sign up.
