TERMS & CONDITIONS

To ensure smooth running of treatments the following terms & conditions apply.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES

ALL CLIENTS:

A $50 deposit is required for ALL facial treatments if booking online or over the phone.

A 20% deposit of total service is required for all other services.

Cancellations 24hrs + prior to appt : deposit can be carried onto your next appointment or refunded.

Cancellations under 24hrs prior to appt : Deposit will be void & your next appointment will require a new deposit to secure.

3hrs notice cancellation:

50% of the treatment fee is charged & this is to be settled before another appointment can be arranged.

No shows:

The full amount of the treatment will be charged to your account & this is to be settled before another appointment can be arranged.

TREATMENT POLICY

Facials :

We require all new Facial clients to start their journey with us with a Starting Point Facial. 

This ensures we can do a complete consultation, take photos & work towards a treatment plan so we can strive to achieve the results you are after.

We may alter or change your facial on the day to suit your skin condition on the day.

Skin Needling Facials require a 8 week preparation with salon product & Step facials before CIT (skin needling) can be performed.

COURSES & PACKAGES

Skin Needling Courses: All skin needling courses have an expiry of 6 months. This ensures you get the best benefits from the treatments & achieve desired results. All Treatments are booked in at the time of purchase but can be rescheduled.

LED Facial courses: To ensure you get the absolute best from your treatments your LED course has a 4 month expiry. Ideally you should be having 2 LED facials a week for 3 weeks to see real results. This can be extended to weekly if you have time restrictions.

IPL Courses: Have a 6 month expiry for a 4 pack. Ideally you should be coming in monthly to ensure the treatment gives you the best results.

Instore Cards & Offers

Buy 3 Products get 50% off a 30min Facial Card:

Offer is valid for 1 month from receiving the card/purchasing 3 products. This ensures you get a kick start to your skincare.

Discounted Products & Services : 

All discounted products & services are valid at the time of advertisement. 

New Client Offers : 

All new client offers are valid for 1 visit only, as advertised. 

Refund Policy

Services Refund Policy:

We take great care to ensure our services meet the highest standards and your satisfaction. As such, completed services are not eligible for refunds. If you have any concerns about a service received, please reach out to our team. We are committed to addressing any issues and finding a satisfactory resolution.

Products Refund Policy:

  1. Product Exchanges: Unopened and unused products may be exchanged for a product of equal value or store credit within 20 days of purchase. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, is required for all product exchanges.

  2. Store Credit: Alternatively, we offer store credit in place of a product exchange. This credit can be used towards any future product purchase within our salon.

Exceptions:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: In the rare event of receiving a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund after an assessment by our team.

  • Allergic Reactions or Adverse Effects: If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, discontinue use and contact us. We'll assess the situation and discuss potential solutions, which may include a store credit upon review and confirmation by our professionals.
